We store only the verification result, not biometric data.

Verification does not guarantee identity, authenticity, or legality.

7. Live E‑Signature Recordings

If you use Live e‑signatures:

  • Sessions are recorded

  • Recordings are stored while your account is active

  • Recordings are not used for biometric analysis

  • You are responsible for notifying participants that the session is recorded

Certified email notifications may include:

  • Sender and recipient information

  • Message body

  • Delivery events and traceability

  • A stored copy of the email

Delivery depends on third‑party providers and is not guaranteed.
